Direct channels

For privacy and data-subject requests, please write to privacy@ryfinance.xyz. For editorial corrections to the function dictionary, write to editorial@ryfinance.xyz. All other enquiries can use hello@ryfinance.xyz.

We do not maintain a phone line. All correspondence is handled in writing so that we can verify, document and audit every editorial change to the public dictionary.

Response-time service level

We commit to acknowledging every well-formed message within 24 business hours. Editorial corrections — where you have identified a translation that does not match a live, locale-installed Microsoft 365 — are prioritised: they are triaged the same business day and resolved within five business days, with a follow-up note when the dictionary has been updated.

Outside business hours, the form is still monitored on a best-effort basis for urgent privacy and security reports. If you have discovered a security issue with this site, please write to security@ryfinance.xyz with the subject line beginning “[SECURITY]” and we will respond within 24 hours regardless of the day.
